Read this little book and be inspired. Just
remember – If I can do this… BELIEVE ME – you can, too.

-Steven Hippe
“Your MLM Attraction Marketing Coach”

The Power of Network Marketing
Mark Yarnell was a minister in a small town in Texas. Unfortunately, he was headed for
Bankruptcy and was just about to lose his car and home. He was looking for a way out and
discovered network marketing. Luckily, he had a wise sponsor.

His sponsor gave Mark what he called “THE PRICE OF PROMISE”.
The promise is: “This business can set you free financially in one to three years.”
The price is: “To succeed, you will have to face and conquer 4 major enemies.”

Mark said, “It’s a deal.”

Mark began by inviting 200 friends over to his house to watch a video. 80 said “No, not
interested”

Mark had encountered ENEMY #1: Rejection.

He thought, “No problem. My sponsor warned me about that. But I still have 120 people
that are confirmed to come over.” Guess what? Only 70 showed up.

Mark had just encountered ENEMY #2: Deception.

Mark thought, “No problem. My sponsor warned me about that. At least those 70 people
watched the video!” Guess what? 57 said “Not Interested”.

Mark had just encountered ENEMY #3: Apathy.

Undaunted, Mark thought, “No problem – 13 people DID sign up!” Guess what? 12 of them
dropped out of the business shortly thereafter.

Mark had just encountered ENEMY #4: Attrition.

Attrition had left Mark with just one serious associate. Guess what? To this day, that single
distributor earns Mark over $50,000 per month.

Mark Yarnell’s story is NOT Unique!

You may have heard of Bill Britt, one of the most successful distributors in Amway. Some
years ago, 20/20 did a feature story on Amway. The story spent 19 minutes interviewing
whiners and complainers – distributors who had failed. They showed garages full of
products they couldn’t sell. During the last minute of the show, Mr. Britt was interviewed in
front of his palatial home. He was asked, “Mr. Britt, this business has obviously worked for
you. What’s your secret?”

He replied, “There is no secret. I simply showed the plan to 1200 people. 900 said, ‘No’ and
only 300 signed up. Out of those 300, only 85 did anything at all. Out of those 85 only 35
were serious, and out of those 35, 11 made me a millionaire.”

Like Mark Yarnell, Bill worked through the numbers.

Jason Boreyko, co-founder of New Vision, told this story. When he was a distributor in
Matol, he signed up 50 people. He heard a lot of “No’s” on the way to those 50. Jason took
one man, who he knew would be terrific in the business, to lunch and told him about the
business. The man said “No”. Jason took the man to lunch again the next month and gave
him some updates. Once again the man said, “No”. Jason sent him some more information
and took him to lunch again the next month. Again the man said, “No”. That went on for six
months. The seventh month, something had changed for the man, and he said, “Yes”. That
man made Jason over one million dollars. Jason also worked through his numbers.
While starting Amway, Rich DeVos and Jay Van Andel, America’s eleventh richest entity,
recruited 500 people. 495 dropped out. The five that didn’t quit, built Amway. All $7 billion
of Amway’s business was built under those 5 people. Jay and Rich had to work through the
numbers.

There are many similar stories.

Jeff, the top money earner in Mannatech, signed up 27 people his first month. One might
think that he is especially talented at sponsoring. Actually, Jeff will be the first to tell you
that he is not talented at all. In fact, he feels that he did very poorly. To recruit those 27, Jeff
talked to 2000 people that first month. And of the 27, the only one who did anything
significant with the business was Ray Gebauer, who has more than half of Mannatech in his
downline. Jeff’s word to you is this: The numbers never lie. Pick your goal and then get
into massive action. If you talk to enough people, you will make it!

Here’s the lesson: Your success is directly related to the degree to which you are willing to
work to find others like yourself who are committed to succeed. Mark Yarnell’s odds were
1 in 50. Jeff’s were really 1 in 2000. Would you be willing to go through 200 people to find
the 1 who will make you $50,000 a month? Or go through 200 people to become a
millionaire? Or hear “No” uncounted times to sign up 50 people and find that million dollar
person? I hope you will. It’s easier when you know the odds up front.

But here’s the catch: You have your own set of odds – and you won’t know what they are
until AFTER YOU’VE SUCCEEDED.

So if you’ve gone through 50 or 100 people and you haven’t found 1 serious person yet, you
can either give up and assume the business doesn’t work, or recognize that you are
working through your own numbers.

Are you willing to find out what your own set of odds is?

This means that you must pay the price for freedom. Remember that the numbers never
fail you. Despite where your skill level is, your success is assured if you talk to enough people. And as your skill improves, so will your odds.

There is no such thing as luck in this industry. Winning big is a matter of being willing to
pay the price. Are you willing? Your future is in your hands! The choices which you make
today will determine the course of your entire future.

Offering a low-cost alternative to expensive pay-per-click advertisements and SEO services, it is certainly one of the most viable and opportunity-filled avenues for new online marketers to take.

Despite these advantages, content marketing still manages to have its detractors. From people that simply do not have the time to put into content marketing to ultra-experienced marketers that have found more lucrative marketing methods, content marketing occasionally attracts negative comments and criticisms.

It is time to wipe those criticisms clean. Content marketing is the most effective marketing method for beginners. If you need conclusive proof that content marketing is the best way to start as an online marketer, check out these five reasons, then get out there, get writing, and get busy building your content-based websites.

1. It is 100% free.
Very few marketing methods can beat content when it comes to sheer cost effectiveness. Sure, SEO is inexpensive, but it takes months or even years for websites to rank within an ultra-competitive keyword. With the right article and an authoritative content directory, you can have your content ranking within a couple of days. Five days vs. a year? It is not a very hard choice to make.

2. Writing is fun, especially if you love your niche.
One major advantage that content marketing has over other marketing methods is that, simply put, it is more interesting. Writing is a learning journey — with every article that is written, you accrue more knowledge and understanding of your niche. For beginners, there is nothing better than marketing your products, gaining valuable SEO article marketing tools, and taking in knowledge at the same time.

3. With enough optimization, it is highly effective.
Article marketing can be one of the most effective marketing forms around if you give it your all. Ultra-detailed articles can lead to instant sales, and with hundreds of articles indexed at once, that could make you a mighty successful marketer. Beyond the fun and inexpensive qualities of content marketing rests a very effective platform for marketing products and services.

4. Long-term free marketing? Sure is.
When you write and submit an article to a major directory, it is going to be there for a long time. In fact, with the incredible online archiving tools around today, chances are quite good that your article will be there forever. Before you think of article marketing as a beginner marketing method, keep in mind that it has some of the best long-term potential of any online marketing strategy.

5. It is ultra-low maintenance.
Set it and forget it. Once you have written and submitted your articles, there really isn’t much more to do but sit back and watch the traffic come in. Of course, if you are the type of marketer that has built a network of articles, you will no doubt be working even more while the traffic comes in. Either way, articles require absolutely no maintenance to continue bringing in traffic, which certainly places them above PPC advertising and active SEO when it comes to traffic simplicity.

stay productive

One of the biggest challenges of running a home business is maintaining productivity. In a traditional office setting, the opportunities to wander from work are limited. There are restrictions on internet usage, bosses and managers to report to, and an uninspiring cubicle to stare at. When it comes to productivity, the traditional office is actually quite a solid unit.

Of course, in a home office setting there are hundreds of things that could potentially steal productivity. From that oh-so-funny Youtube video you just got emailed to the bright and sunny weather out the window, running a home business gives you the chance to succumb to all kinds of distracting temptations. The key to a successful home business does not necessarily rest in ignoring them entirely, but in systematically tuning them out during your work periods.

These five strategies can help you boost your productivity in an environment that is packed with distractions. If your productivity is failing at home, incorporate them into your work routine and enjoy high-earning days, distraction-free work, and home business success.

1. Route communications through one channel.
Phone calls, emails, IMs, PMs, and tweets all add up quickly. Checking all of your communications channels can take up hours every day, which is why it is best to consolidate them all into one channel. If you are swamped for time, let your clients, customers, and business contacts know that you will only be monitoring one form of communication. Once you have cut out the fluff, you will find plenty of new time for productive work.

2. Use Leechblock to filter out unproductive websites.
Leechblock is one of the most simple yet incredibly effective Firefox extensions available. A simple website-blocking script, it allows users to isolate, acknowledge, and block websites that do nothing but distract them. If you need to optimize your workday, create a list of distracting websites — Youtube, Wikipedia, and Twitter are a good place to start — and set them to be blocked during your work hours.

3. If you work online, buy a second monitor.
Studies have shown that splitting your digital workspace across two screens can boost your productivity by up to 30%. Rather than constantly switching from one window to another, two monitors allows you to have all your information clearly visible and accessible. Changing applications does not cost much time per-day, but when viewed on a per-month or per-year scale, it can be quite a shocking time killer.

4. Work to your circadian rhythm.
Humans are naturally tuned to be most productive during certain time periods. For some, the standard 9-5 is the best period for work. However, for most, the most effective periods of the day occur during the early morning or late at night.

Spend a few weeks experimenting with your work output at different points in the day. If you can identify a clear advantage period, stick to it and use it to increase your per-day work output.

5. Set deadlines for yourself.
Working for yourself allows you the opportunity to slack off, and too many home-based entrepreneurs take it. By setting yourself deadlines — even if they mean nothing — you are laying down the law and encouraging yourself to get more things done during the day. Set up a whiteboard in your home office and develop a clear deadline schedule. It might hurt at first, but as a long-term productivity device, deadlines are definitely worth it.

Affiliate marketing is one of the most competitive industries on the planet. Packed with competition and filled to the brim with unethical business tactics, success as an affiliate marketer requires intense dedicated and seemingly unlimited ambition. From deals-gone-bad to disastrous advertising deals, there are hundreds of things that could go wrong and damage a potentially lucrative affiliate marketing career.

However, with the right combination of ambition and intelligence, it is very possible to make it big as an affiliate marketer. The world of online commerce is continually expanding, and the per-sale affiliate model is only likely to become more frequent and profitable as it grows. Armed with these five marketing tips, your success as an affiliate marketer isn’t guaranteed, but it certainly is strengthened.

1. View spent cash as an investment, not a loss.

No matter what type of traffic you are working with — PPC, SEO, or type-in domain traffic — you are going to be paying for it somehow. Sometimes it is through the registration fee of your domain and the cost of your hosting, while other times it is on a per-click basis. Whether small or big, affiliate marketing requires some initial spending to yield a profit.

When you are feeling down and wondering where things are going, it is easy to see that spent cash as a loss. It is not. Remember, every cent you spend as an affiliate marketer is an investment. One day, whether soon or far away, it is all going to pay off.

2. Do not limit yourself: be the small fish in a big pond.

It is always better to have a small share in a big niche than a major share in a small niche. Why? Because big niches have growth potential, while smaller niches typically do not. When you are only operating at a fraction of your potential, the only direction that you can move in is up. However, if you are operating at 100% capacity in small niche, where is there space to go? Focus on the big earners, even if it means giving up market share.

3. Your strategies will be stolen. Get used to it.

It could be a landing page. It could be a marketing strategy. It could even be an entire advertising campaign. Online marketing, particularly PPC online marketing, is very visible, and it is easy for your competitors to see what is working effectively for you.

If you find that someone has ripped off your advertisements or imitated your strategy, ignore them. Fighting over lost property only takes time away from moving forward. Let them run once-successful offers into the ground while you move on to bigger and better things.

4. Relationships are everything online. Build them.

If you work through CPA networks, stay close to your affiliate managers. If you make use of traffic exchanges, keep in touch with the people that make them up. If you are constantly marketing informational products, keep contacts that you can use for testimonials and marketing advice.

Relationships are everything in business, and online business is no different. As an affiliate, you are going to have to ask favors at some point. Keep doors open and they will provide useful help and information; shut them and you will lock yourself out of opportunities.

Article marketing has always been a favorite marketing method amongst frugal entrepreneurs. Offering ultra-targeted traffic at a price that no one can argue with (hint: it’s free), article marketing has been used as a promotional platform for everything from expensive watches to online informational products. A mainstay of offline and online marketing, the rulebook for article marketing is hundreds of pages thick and as complex as they come.

The thing is, to succeed with article marketing, you do not have to follow every rule that is out there. Sometimes, all it takes is a little knowledge of the major rules, and you are almost all the way there. Before you embark on an article marketing campaign, memorize these five major rules and use them to guide your marketing efforts.

1. Keep it relevant.
The aim of a marketing article is to create forward traffic for your website. Sometimes all that takes is a slight contextual relevance, while other times it requires a highly detailed article. Some niches are naturally more specialized than others, and require a far more relevant article in order to generate traffic that converts into sales.

Whatever your case, make sure that your articles are relevant and informative. You are far more likely to create sales with an article that gets readers in a buying mood, so get that relevant information in there and get ready to convert readers into buyers.

2. Do not commercialize the body of your article.
Save promotion until the end of your article. The aim of your article’s body is to inform readers and get them interested in the content that you’re dealing with. There is a place for promotion in an online marketing article, but it is closer to the end than it is to the beginning. Fill the body of your article with ultra-relevant content, and bring in commercialization in your conclusion and resource box.

3. The resource box is key — use it to your advantage.
Your resource box gives you a chance to change a standard, somewhat boring article into a powerful promotional tool. In many ways, the resource box is more important than the article itself. Put it to good use by incorporating one or two good, ultra-contextual links to your product websites and sales pages. With the right information and layout, a good resource box can turn a failing article into a mass-sales opportunity.

4. Do not sell, just pre-sell.
Leave the selling to your sales page. Your promotional articles should achieve one thing: have readers click through to the landing page. You articles are not sales tools — your landing page is. Focus on getting the reader interested through pre-sales, but do not try and convince them to buy in the article itself.

5. Do not forget to research keywords.
Keyword research is just as important for a promotional article as it is for an SEO-powered website. Whenever you are embarking on an article marketing mission, go out of your way to ensure that your keywords are worthwhile. A simple five-minute scan with Google’s Keyword tool is often all you need to determine if an article is worth writing or not.

Aside from on-site content, which can be used for a wide variety of purposes and commercial activities, off-site article content is typically used as a direct traffic method. While driving the traffic is not exactly SEO science, getting it often is. With a few quick SEO fixes, a potentially average article can turn into a great one.

Remember, the goal of any online article is not to teach the reader everything they need to know, but to push them further towards a purchase. Sometimes that means informing them of certain characteristics of what you are selling. Other times, it could mean convincing them that the purchase really is worth their time. No matter what your intentions, your content is just one part of the search-read-buy puzzle.

While the content of your article can master the ‘read’, and hopefully the ‘buy’ aspects of article marketing, the structure of your article needs to cover the ’search’. These four tips can help you change your articles from ‘unrankable’ to top-ranking with just a few modifications. Before you start your next SEO-powered article marketing campaign, grab your SEO notebook and jot these content marketing SEO tips down.

1. Keep your major keyword in the article title.
This one change can move your articles from fifth-page to first-page when applied to an article with enough backlinks. Whenever you are writing an article with the goal of targeting a specific keyword, make sure that it features prominently in the title. Sometimes, it is even worthwhile to sacrifice readability slightly to ensure that your primary keyword features dead center in the article’s title. Just make sure that you do not overdo it or your readers will make it a point to avoid you.

2. Shape your entire campaign around keywords, not information.
Remember, you are not writing a feature article for a top magazine. The purpose of your article is not to turn the reader into an educated, well-read conversation starter but to push them towards buying a product. Shape your campaigns around keywords that convert for your products — buying keywords, ‘where can I buy ___’ keywords, and pre-sell keywords. Leave information that teaches to newspapers, and focus on information that search engines love.

3. Back up your primary article with links from secondary ones.
Primary articles are somewhat unknown to beginner internet marketers and content marketing newbies. While most people go into article marketing with the goal of SEO juice from an article to a sales-focused website, some smart marketers have used other articles to superpower their major articles, and in turn deliver even more SEO power to their major websites.

Start by grouping your articles into ‘master’ and ’slave’ categories. Separate them according to quality and popularity, and then link all of your ’slave’ articles to their relatively ‘masters’. With a small amount of work and planning, your articles will soon all pick up more SEO power, leaving your sales-focused websites with significantly higher search rankings.

4. Use your resource box for what it’s made for.
Which is linking, of course. It is depressing to come to the end of a good article only to find that the author has missed their chance to give away a good link. Whenever you get the chance to link back from your articles, take it. Content marketing may be free, but that does not mean that you are free to waste opportunities.

By Michael Sanofsky

People everywhere are searching for things in life that will bring them joy and pleasure in their lives. So what is the key to finding happiness? In my own personal life and the lives of those that are around me I’ve found that happiness comes from living a balanced life. People spend so much time on specific aspects of their lives they neglect to do other important things that bring joy to our everyday lives. Over the course of my life I’ve found that when I focus on a these four things: family, spiritual, work, and personal self interests.

Our families are one of the greatest blessings we’ve been given. We should cherish our time that we have to spend with them and do everything in our power to bring happiness into their lives. The greatest gift that we can give our families is our time. If we love our families as much as we say we do then why is it difficult for us to find time to spend with them? Now I know most people don’t subconsciously neglect their families, often time people get caught up with other important aspects of life and don’t realize what is happening. But, no matter how busy our lives become we must always set aside time for the family.

We all need to find time in our lives for the things that fortify our inner selves; whether we find that joy within a religion, performing service, or just relaxing and pondering about life. Find the things that bring peace to your soul and make time for them in your busy schedule.

Work is one of the most important things in our lives and it’s the thing that consumes the majority of our time. I believe that we should dedicate ourselves to our work and give 100% of ourselves, but 100% of ourselves does not mean 100% of our time. Every able adult needs to work to provide for themselves and those that they are responsible for. But, we should not allow our work to seep into other aspects of our lives.

With so many things happening in our lives like: family, work, religion, service, etc, we need to remember to separate time for ourselves. It’s good to have hobbies or do things that interest you. We should separate time for ourselves. But, at the same time we must not allow personal interests to consume our lives.

The happiest times of my life were the times that I was able to find a balance between these four aspects of life. Each one of these aspects that I mentioned brings a unique kind of happiness into our lives.

I’ve been trained and mentored by some of the best online marketers on the web today. Simple truths such as the ones I’ve shared in this paper have created a lot of success for me in my life. I would love to help you make a change in your life, and help you learn how to make money online. Take a look at http://www.todaysbiz.org and make a change in your life today!
